Sam Hubbard is a Chicago actor and fight director in his seventh season with A Crew of Patches. Recent acting credits include :

The Effect and Damascus (Strawdog Theatre Company), Witch (Writers Theatre), Book of Will (Northlight) and productions with Steppenwolf for Young Adults, Raven Theatre, Michigan Shakespeare Festival, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre and the TV series Lovecraft Country (HBO) and Fargo (FX and Hulu).

Fight Direction credits include Raven Theatre's production of Yen, for which he won the 2019 Jeff Award for Artistic Specialization, as well as productions with Writers, Timeline, Northlight, Court Theatre, Victory Gardens, Jackalope, Steep and Strawdog Theatre Company where he is a longtime Ensemble Member.

Sam is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago.
